5. Equipment Purchase and Rental

For equipment purchases and rentals:

• All sales are final unless the product is defective
• Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received
• You are responsible for any damage or loss of rental equipment
• Late returns may incur additional charges

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of enrollment or purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Course cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before may incur a cancellation fee. Equipment purchases are non-refundable unless defective.

DroneShala Nepal is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training, equipment use, or rental periods. Participants engage in activities at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
